The battery market in both mobile and stationary applications is growing expeditiously and thus also the demand for reliable and actionable insights on battery health, safety, and performance. Whether in engineering or production, operations or finance, stakeholders along the entire battery value chain depend on battery insights for impactful technical and business decision making.
TWAICE enables battery insights by predictive battery analytics. With our solutions, we speed up the development of batteries in pre-life, eliminate the risks with in-depth health, safety, and performance information of battery in-life, and comprehensively improve battery profitability, operations, and lifetime.
The TWAICE Battery Analytics Platform is the cornerstone covering the entire technology from data transition and integration of both laboratory measurements and in-life field data, via battery analytics, to secure, scalable, and reliable cloud services. Leveraging a multitude of analytical, empirical, and data-based algorithms and models to generate insights into the current states of batteries and to predict their future.
In this poster, we present the TWAICE Battery Health and Safety Monitoring and Analytics. We highlight the data-driven estimation of the battery’s State of Health (SoH) on in-life mobility data, while eliminating costly check-up procedures. We show that we clearly and transparently define the SoH and offer a performance guarantee of our solution backed by Munich Re. Finally, we discuss how to ensure the battery’s safe and reliable operation based on continuously monitoring the battery system including the battery management.
